I need help with a movie title?

I have been trying to figure out this title...its a movie where one fellow is disarming his self but he has so many guns and the other guy just looks at him. Hes pulling them out of his pants, and shirt and releasing all the ammo as he goes Its a comedy movie. I know I can't be very descriptive.
