Is it my Pancreas? Approximatly a year ago I had my gallbaldder removed and had a ERCP to unclog a bile duck.?

Approximatly a year ago I had my gallbaldder removed and had a ERCP to unclog a bile duck. Since then I have had a fluttering in my upper stomach that is very painful. It generally lasts just a few seconds and is followed by a bit of nausia. Some months I may only get one or two. Some months I may get them almost everyday two or three times. Some attacks are worse than others. About three months ago I had a CT Scan that showed slight inflammation of the pancreas, but I have not followed up with my specialist. The fluttering pain is in the middle under my chest bone. Today it was so painful that i instintly went into the fetal position. Then the pain was gone but I can still feel something happened.
