Housing help........?

right.. im 17 and i have been kicked out of my home. i got kicked out when i was 16 but i have had to stay with my nana. im having to go soon when im 18, evan though i have a job i have no money what so ever.. i was wondering if there is a housing list i coud go on?ir any benifits at all? can anyone help..
