How does it feel for people rascist against blacks to have their word んigger taken off them?

Is it all too confronting to see their word disappear as it is being reclaimed by blacks? How do they cope? It's no way as offensive as it used to be. What will happen to them? It's like they are being disarmed by blacks using the written word of language against them. Of course this is only a superficial promlem on rascism that is a little dated and I don't want to go into the more current cultural implications of rascim.
