What sounds like good cat breeds for me?

I like dog like cats that always want to be in ir buisness and follow you around. Moneys not a problem. I would rather have an indoor cat but i am building sort of a little outdoor run that conected to my house so they can go out side without the wild animals getting them. I dont really care about noise but theydo have to love people. But they can favor me ha. I would prefer a breed that loves dogs but i understand that can be an individual thing. I would like a playful energetic cat hope you can help just give me some ideas thanks!
