Is it normal to stop having pregnancy symptoms?

Ok well I'm a little bit over 7 weeks and I went last Thursday for an ultrasound and everything was fine....I HAD cramps, breast tenderness and a slight case of nausea but for the past few days I have had no sypmtoms and I can't seem to sleep that much and I could sleep a lot but I haven't had any type of bleeding or spotting so idk.... I'm kind of worried. Someone please help me out...
