Community First Credit Union youth account?

I am almost 16 and I have a community first youth account and recently I have been doing mire shopping and I am tired if never having the money on hand and gaving to borrow from my mom then pay her back when I get money out of the bank. Would I be able to get something like a debit card ir is that a restriction on my account? If it is are there any banks that you don't need to have a large minimum of money in the account that will also let me get a debit card?
