Viper 480xv immobiliser help?

Sounds like to me your engine isnt getting the spark it needs to turn over. If you go out and measure the voltage on the battery what is the reading? Anything less than 12V and your alternator might be dead. Being that everything else electronically works doesnt mean that the battery is completely dead which is good. If you can jump start it, then you know its the alternator.
