Severe cramps. Help please fast!?

I'm having sever cramps. Like period cramps but I haven't started I'm "late" but technically I'm noy regular enough to know when late is. There is a slight possibility I'm pregnant but I think it's too soon to tell I'm cramping so bad I feel like I'm breaking out into cold sweats please help fast. I also feel nausiated
