IM SCARED PLEASE HELP!! DOCTORS PLEASE!! I THINK I ATE A WORM IN A STRAWBERRY! :'(?

so the thing is last night i had started my period, then i ate strawberries, two. one looked perfectly fine, the other i was a bit suspicious, my mom goes to mo ' its fine! ' and i dont know why but i ate it. 2 hours later i went to sleep, around 2am because ive been helping my mom with packages. but she went to my aunt's so i stayed with my brother. then i woke up like around 4am with this ridiculous pain! in my stomach! i went to the toilet, i fixed myself out obviously, i am on my period, and then i tried (sorry) pooping, and (sorry) i couldn't, i just pooped like the amount of my pinky. ( little finger). I boiled some water, and i drank some that was not warm or cold, it wasn't hot it was nearly, i drank it fast and i felt it go down to my stomach, then i put the left boiled water in my hot water bottle. whilst doing that, my brother came over, saying, ' urgh, i just ate a strawberry and then i saw a worm inside it. THIS FREAKED ME OUT. FOR TWO HOURS! I SLEPT AROUND 6AM! now ir researched about it and they are you will be fine and then i came across one that said they found some in their anus. IM SCARED! I NEED TO GO THE TOILET. BADLY! :'( im sorry to mention but im actually crying. i dont know what to do, my mom is not here :'(
