How to disable a 9mm luger bullet?

Don't mess withh it if you are not familiar with firearms. You will have to get a bullet puller and take the bullet off. Take all the powder out and put an inert primer in it. That is the basics. Like said before though: do not attempt if you are not familiar with reloading or firearms.
