Good idea for a new fallout?

I would like to see a game called "fallout Pre-War" in the collection & basically ur a common thug in the year 2100 living in the DC Las vegas Los Angelas or New York before the big nuke so you could drive cars fly planes and enter most buildings in the city.The main story would be about an crazed scientist that wants to end all humanity & decides to make a device that will destroy the whole world & escape the explosion in mothership zeta & ur main objective is to kill the scientist or risk it all and try to disarm the atomic nuke .Also the game should have a real speech & dialogue and we use the pre war money instead of caps
